SIM slot machining and chip grinding
K150 combines phone-frame SIM slot cutting with CPU and storage-chip grinding. These are separate repair tasks: choose the matching phone model, fixture and cutter for each job.
Automatic positioning and depth sensing
The machine locates the machining position for the selected model and probes the depth and flatness of the working surface during SIM slot machining and chip grinding.
Plan the job by phone model
Some SIM slot jobs also require machining inside the phone housing. Cutter sizes and the need for internal machining vary by model. Follow the matching tutorial before starting.
Dual 1080P vision
Two HD cameras, a main display and a dedicated control screen provide a clear view for alignment and operation.
